you are what you eat.

so, i have decided to make a food diary.  i think it will be interesting to see what i eat over the course of a year.

i plan on trying one new recipe a week.  and i will try and learn to make thing i have never had, and are probably things that i would normally not eat.  i will be taking pictures of every meal, snack, drink, etc that i eat.  so even though i will be trying new stuff, i want to be able to look back on this and see what the hell i was putting in my body for the last year when 2012 rolls around.

so, happy new year 2011, here we go...
