January 18th, 2011.





Almost done with the book "Iron River", really good book, if you get the chance to read it.  I definetly recommend.  Cuties and yogurt for breakfast.











Chicken noodle progresso soup for lunch, these are quite tasty for the 200 calories.




Cornbread and honey.  It doesn't get any better then this....





these aren't jumbo seeds, but beggars can't be choosers.




Left over pork chops and mash potatoes/gravy, and steamed brussel sprouts.  (and one of my moms veggie gyozas from trader joes)
